Look at this trio. Look hard. Now make the difficult decision: who will you snog (meaning one and done), who will you marry, and who ends up your BFF? We’ll tell you ours if you tell us yours. Well, actually we’ll tell you ours anyway.

Snog Crazy, Stupid, Love, Marry Pretty Woman, BFF How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days. Modern rom coms just don’t have the same appeal as the movies from the golden age of the genre, so the first Emma Stone/Ryan Gosling pair up is a one and done for me. It’s hard to choose between the other two, but at the end of the day anything featuring Julia Roberts is going to be a long-term commitment. I could easily watch Pretty Woman every day and not get tired of it. (See also Runaway Bride, My Best Friend’s Wedding, Notting Hill … ) How to Lose a Guy is a GREAT movie, and one I still quote frequently, but it’s more of a make-time-for-it-when-busy-schedules-allow type thing.
Snog Pretty Woman, Marry How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days, BFF Crazy, Stupid, Love. I hate Pretty Woman. It is my least favorite movie ever made and the most I can do is agree to some angry snogging. I’ve seen both of the other movies but I don’t actually remember anything about them so I made my choices based on the titles. Marrying How to Lose a Guy because that sounds like a good plan. Bye, guy! We’re getting an annulment. Crazy, Stupid, Love sounds honest and fun so best friends it is!
Snog Crazy, Stupid, Love, Marry Pretty Woman, BFF How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days: I haven’t seen Crazy, Stupid, Love so to be safe I’m keeping it with a snog. I have a special place in my heart for Pretty Women. I watched it as a little girl and loved it. I just re-watched it and it still holds up. How to Lose a guy is more of a friend type movie. I don’t know why but I’m just going with it.
