Hey friends, How are you? Well I’m here today to take on one of my favorite fitness plans in it’s new and improved form and I want you to join me. Don’t be scared. Let’s use the month of May to do it together!
Ok here’s the skinny. I’ve kinda fallen off the fitness train in doing my workouts. Between the new job and it starting to get hot here, I just don’t wanna. That’s why Blogilates is where I want to start to get back into the swing of things. I can (and have) do it at home, inside, when it fits my schedule.
Now I mentioned I’ve done this before. I’ve even been lucky enough to go to a class Cassey held here while she was doing her book tour. (It was my turn that day to be the person in class who made everyone else feel good about themselves. I ate yoga mat SO HARD! Just face planted it.) However, I haven’t done this Beginners program.
So here’s what I’m thinking. On May 1st (Or around there depending on your life needs) I want us to start at the beginning together. Don’t worry. She has a calendar all planned out AND handy links to the playlist you’ll need for each day. All for free I might add.
Now, if this specific plan can’t/won’t meet your fitness needs that’s ok. We still want you on the team! Just find something that works for you.
